MRJC and its programs strive to use recovery sensitive language to create safe space for those in recovery or those who have been impacted by substance use through a loved one.

Given that 1 in 2 people have been impacted by personal substance use or substance use by a loved one, MRJC uses its position in the community to advocate for those in vulnerable situations in terms of employment.
